Timeline for Conferences & Events Intern Position:
- August 30th: Application Goes Live (application review on an on-going basis)
- September-October: Collect Interest & Attend Recruitment Fairs at local colleges and universities.
- October 12/13: First Round Interviews Begin
- End of October/Early November: First Round Interviews Continue/Second Round Interviews Begin
- By November 17th: Finalist Candidates Notified
Timeline for Operations Team positions:
- August 30: Application Go-Live.
- September- February: Collecting interest and attending recruitment fairs at local colleges and universities.
- Nov 6th – Dec 15: 1st wave Interviews for OA position.
- Jan 22- March 22: 2nd wave Interviews: for summer positions.
- By Dec 15: Finalist Candidates Notified for OA positions and potential summer candidates from 1st wave.
- By March 29: Finalist Candidates Notified for summer positions.
